Salem Maritime National Historic Site

Salem MA

Salem Maritime's historic buildings, wharves and replica tall ship Friendship tell the stories of the sailors, Revolutionary War privateers, and merchants who brought the riches of the world to America. The Derby House is closed through Spring 2013.

The Boston Children's Museum is the original please-touch museum with ever-changing exhibits appealing to children of all ages.

Admission is Half Price per person, up to four (4) people.

Regular admission rate is $14 per person. Children 0-12 months free.

The Aquarium has 70 tanks with an endless variety of fish and other aquatic life. The Aquarium is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and opens at noon on New Year's Day. Peabody Essex Museum

Pass admits 2 people for $5 per person. Admittance to Chinese House is additional $5 per person. The Peabody Essex is an exploration of art, architecture, and cultures. Set in seaside Salem, the museum has thirty galleries, stately mansions hailing from the Great Age of Sail, and tranquil Chinese and period gardens.

Pass offers $3 discount on regular ticket price for any combination of up to 4 Adult, Child or Senior tickets. See some of the world’s tallest, heaviest and rarest animals, all roaming through natural settings. The zoo features over 100 species from around the globe, including mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians and insects.
