TLC & Jr. Friends

TLC (Teen Library Council) discusses things like YA materials,
Teen Area policies and decorations, and library programs for teens.

Jr. Friends support the Friends of the East Greenbush Library
in their efforts to help and raise money for the East Greenbush
Community Library and to assist library staff during special events,
like the annual Community Children's Festival & Book Sale. 
 
As a special thanks for all of your hard work, every
TLC/Jr. Friends meeting concludes with ICE CREAM!

No registration necessary.

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are also available. 

To be a blood donor - you must be healthy, at least 17 years old (or 16 years old with parent’s permission), weigh at least 110 pounds, and not have donated blood in the last 8 weeks (56 days).  Parental consent forms (for 16 year olds) are available here: http://www.redcrossblood.org/students/sixteen.

The blood donation process takes about an hour, with the actual blood donation taking approximately 10 minutes.
