Learn about each part of the process:
  • what's appropriate to can
  • where to get produce
  • how to prep it
  • finding recipes
  • what the equipment looks like and how it works
  • how to efficiently set up your workspace and manage each task
  • cleaning and heating jars, filling jars, lids, processing, cooling jars, how to tell if they're sealed and how to store.
