Knitting for Beginners (Adult)

Have you had a desire to learn how to knit but never started? What a great stress reliever, and you get to use what you make! During this adult beginner series your instructor will teach you basic skills and provide an opportunity to learn something new at each of the four sessions offered. You will learn the basics of how to cast on, bind off, and make fringes, as well as several knitting tools and tips.

Class size is strictly limited and registration is required. Participation is free, but registrants must purchase the following supplies prior to the first day of class: US Size 8 knitting needles, two skeins of worsted weight yarn - solid color (for the scarf), 1 skein of worsted weight 100% cotton - solid color (for the dish cloth).

Please note: This is the first of four Sunday classes: 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, and 4/28. A commitment to all four sessions is required. Please do not register for this first session if you cannot attend all four sessions. Supplies are NOT provided (see above).
