This session focuses on the 3 major types of interviews; the networking, telephone and face-to-face interviews. After reviewing the flow of an interview session and discussing behavioral questioning, the participants will have an opportunity to practice an interview. The session will allow time for the participants to assess their job skills and develop behavioral examples of these. A portion of the program will deal with the power of networking and developing an 'Elevator Pitch' to use with networking contacts. Valuable resources will be provided.
