Are your blood pressure and blood sugar levels within a healthy range? Extremes in blood pressure and/or blood sugar can indicate an increased risk for many cardiovascular and diabetic conditions.

Registered nurses from Saint Peter’s University Hospital's Community Mobile Health Services team will be on hand to conduct free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings on a first-come first-served basis. Fasting is not required for the blood sugar test, and post-test counseling will be available.
