This seminar, presented by SCORE, covers the basics of starting a business—including registration, licenses, legal structure, financing, etc. Included are some basic elements of the business plan, a must for any business, and elements of the financial and marketing plans. Leave with a good grasp of the next steps to take in establishing a successful business.

All seminar participants will have future access to individual FREE face-to-face counseling with qualified SCORE counselors to follow-up on any questions specific to their particular business. The SCORE Association (Service Corps of Retired Executives) 'Counselors to America's Small Business' is a nonprofit association comprised of 11, 500 and growing volunteer business counselors throughout the U.S. and its territories. SCORE members are trained to serve as counselors, advisors, and mentors to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. SCORE was formed in 1964 and nearly 4.5 million Americans have utilized SCORE services.
