The Adirondack Baroque Consort, founded by music educator and composer
Dr. Maurice Whitney in 1962, has been making music for half a century.
It is one of the oldest early music performing groups in the United States.
Their goal is to make music come alive. Programs include medieval to modern music played on instruments such as recorders, krummhorns, viols da gamba, cello, Glastonbury pipes, keyboard and various percussion. |
