Calling all Dessert Lovers!  The Belmont Public Library is having a 'Holiday Dessert Tasting and Recipe Swap.'  If you love to bake, here's a chance to share your recipes and discover new ones!  But, you do not have to be a baker to attend.  Everyone will be able to sample the treats and take home copies of recipes.  Bakers must register in advance by signing up online or by calling the Reference Desk at 617-993-2870.  To register online, to the library's website, www.belmont.lib.ma.us, click on Events, go to 'Holiday Dessert Tasting,' and click on the hand.

   Here's how the event works:  Desserts must be meant to be served at Room Temperature.  Please bring enough desserts for at least 20 people to sample and 20 copies of the recipe.  All recipes will be posted at the library afterwards for those who missed out.
